Dr Bhalchandra R Andhare Is a Historian Of repute who retired as the professor and head of the Department of history from Vasantrao Naik Institute of Arts and Sciences better Known as Morris College.
Through his perseverance & hard work, in 1982 he opened " Itihas & Sanskrit Sanshodhan Kendra" a place well equipped with necessary books, related publications and research work for the needy students of history in quest of knowledge.
